How to Set DDoS Protection to Permanent Mode?

Please note, this adjustment will cause a brief disruption to the current connection to your VPS/VDS/Dedicated server, and you will need to reconnect.

Go to the client panel and click on "Services" on the right.

Click on the service for which you want to adjust the DDoS protection setting.

Under "Mitigation," click the slider to set it to "Permanent Mode."

You should now receive a confirmation message, which indicates that the setting has been successfully adjusted.

Important Notes:
By enabling permanent DDoS protection, you might experience the following issues:
- You may need to reconnect twice when using SSH, RDP, or FTP applications.
- FTP may sometimes not work. Please contact our support team for assistance with this.
- Ensure you use the correct port for your application, as using an incorrect port could lead to connection problems.

Examples of correct ports:
- Minecraft: 25565 (not 3000)
- FiveM: 30120 (not 4000)

For a list of protected ports, please refer to this knowledge base article.
